All returned items shipped DHL,please call to receive a Pre Authorized Return number from customer service. For all other delivery methods, please call 1-888-483-2174 for instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping.

All merchandise must be in sealed original packaging in original condition. No returns accepted after 30 days on these items. Manufacturer warranty still applies. All sales of acrylics , gels , chemical products and cuticle nippers, earrings, toe rings and body jewellery are final. These items are not returnable due to sterilization , contamination and hygienic purposes. Books and videos are not returnable unless packaged in original shrink-wrap.
